These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set forth the rights and obligations of all users when accessing or using this platform. They apply to every component, feature, and offering provided. By using the service, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please review them periodically for changes.

Account Requirements

Users must register with a valid email and password to access restricted features. You affirm that all information you provide is correct and up to date. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. Unauthorized use due to shared or compromised credentials is your liability.

User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that may harm the platform or other users. Prohibited behavior includes uploading malicious code, spamming, harassment, or infringement of intellectual property. You must comply with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for violations.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, trademarks, and technologies on the platform are owned by their respective rights holders. No transfer of ownership occurs via these Terms. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose. Unauthorized copying or distribution may lead to legal action.

Fees and Subscriptions

Premium features require payment according to the rates published on the platform. All fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable, except as expressly stated. You are responsible for any local taxes. Payment failures may result in feature suspension.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You can manage renewal settings in your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current period. Refund requests follow the guidelines in Section 7.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only in the event of proven technical faults affecting core functionality. Requests must be submitted within fourteen days of the issue. Refund eligibility and amounts are determined at our sole discretion. All decisions are final.

Modifications to Terms or Service

We may update these Terms or the service itself at any time, with or without notice. Material changes to Terms will be communicated fourteen days in advance. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. No compensation is owed for modifications.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms or for security reasons. Notice will be provided when practicable. Termination does not waive any rights or remedies available to us. Obligations that by their nature survive termination shall remain in effect.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid in the last six months. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the provider is incorporated. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration or courts in that jurisdiction, at our election. Parties bear their own arbitration or court costs unless otherwise awarded. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
